Christian Association for Prison Aftercare (CAPA)
Christian Association for Prison Aftercare (CAPA) provides prison aftercare professionals and volunteers with resources, training and encouragement, as they faithfully serve former offenders and their families. CAPA is a professional association designed to serve, connect, and unite its members under a shared vision and train them for excellence in ministry.
The mission of CAPA is to facilitate the networking of prison aftercare providers and to identify and disseminate information and resources that will build the capacity of their organizations and churches.
COLLABORATING MINISTRIES
Prison Fellowship partners with dozens of Christian ministries and volunteers to help facilitate evangelistic events in prisons throughout the country. Musicians, performers, and speakers take the stage to share the hope of Christ. Volunteers mingle with prisoners, praying with them and offering encouragement.
