Kononia House provides a referral link for post-prisoner release support via their Kononia Houses program and linkages with other post release support ministries.
Koinonia House is a family-based, post-prison ministry providing a Christian family home for believers upon their release from prison. This fellowship and family setting is coupled with discipleship using biblical principles and mentoring by local church members. Most prison ministries focus on meeting the spiritual needs of inmates while they are incarcerated. Koinonia House focuses on meeting the spiritual and physical needs of Christians when they are released into society.

COLLABORATING MINISTRIES
Prison Fellowship partners with dozens of Christian ministries and volunteers to help facilitate evangelistic events in prisons throughout the country. Musicians, performers, and speakers take the stage to share the hope of Christ. Volunteers mingle with prisoners, praying with them and offering encouragement.
