Group Involvement
You're committed to making a difference in the world—to right the wrongs, to correct injustices, to defend those who are off course and vulnerable, to assist those who are lost and broken. The question is HOW?
Prison Fellowship gives you the opportunity to help others get involved in Forgiving and Not Forgetting those in prison! Whether it be your college, church, campus ministry, or youth group, we offer 3 specific ways to get your group involved in remembering those whom our society often ignores.
Forgive Don't Forget Project
Bring the Forgive Don’t Forget movement to your college, church or youth group. Create awareness and discuss the issues related to remembering those in prison. Watch our documentary and discuss. Study what the Bible has to say about serving the least of these. Pray for those who are in prison and for their families. And learn about many more ways for your group to continue forgiving and not forgetting those in prison. Learn More
Angel Tree
Rally your group to make a huge difference in the lives of the children of prisoners. Join with Prison Fellowship’s Angel Tree program to help prisoners reconnect with their families by providing Christmas gifts and a personal message for the children on behalf of their incarcerated parents. When you reach a child, you remember a prisoner, and you help connect a family. Learn More
Serve in Prison or in the Community
Learn about ways that you and your group can serve prisoners on the inside or work with ex-offenders or the families of prisoners on the outside. Your opportunities to serve as a group will depend on what’s available in your area. To learn more about Prison Fellowship and about possible opportunities to get involved, sign up for our online info session here.
