Located at the Carol S. Vance Unit near Houston Texas, IFI offers programming for 300 offenders. Offenders who are classified as "minimum-in" or lower custody may be assigned to The Carol Vance facility.
Currently, only those offenders returning to the Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth area may participate in the program.
