4 Reasons to Hire Ex-Offenders

About 70 percent of corporations have policies against hiring ex-offenders. But according to this article from Business Insider, there are benefits to hiring former prisoners that make you wonder if these organization should be a little more flexible. From “4 Reasons Why Your Small Business Should Hire An Ex-Convict”:

1. They’ll be looking out for you since you looked out for them.
2. The training they received in prison may be transferable to your job.
3. They’ll stay with you longer.
4. There could be tax incentives for employers.
