With 40 years of experience helping restore men and women behind bars, Prison Fellowship advocates for federal and state criminal justice reforms that transform those responsible for crime, validate victims, and encourage communities to play a role in creating a safe, redemptive, and just society.
While the Montana Legislature did not meet during 2016, the Montana Commission on Sentencing has drafted 12 pieces of legislation that it will seek to enact in 2017. These bills present an opportunity for the Montana legislature to take significant steps in reforming their criminal justice system.
