WEBINAR: Expungement: A Second Chance

April 23, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm

This webinar will acknowledge Second Chance Month and will feature advocates working toward reforming expungement provisions in several jurisdictions, specifically Pennsylvania and California. The webinar will also feature stories of individuals who have received expungements and how this provision has aided them in their efforts to successfully and fully integrate into their community. With the recent passage of the Clean Slate Bill in Pennsylvania and efforts in California to ensure those formerly convicted have a second chance, this webinar will serve to highlight those advancements and serve as a call to action for other jurisdictions to follow suit.
