For God to impact and heal men and women in the personal areas of their lives that lead them to
prison.
For newly saved prisoners who are preparing for release. Pray that they will hold firmly to their new
faith and remain faithful to the promises they made to God while inside.
For reconciliation between prisoners and their victims, when appropriate.
For marriages and relationships during incarceration to be strengthened through respect, patience,
and commitment.
Heavenly Father, we first say thank you for being Lord over our lives, and being everything to us. We bring prisoners everywhere to You, we pray that You would transform their life, and renew their minds. Put people around them who will build them up in the faith of who You are. Provide for them their daily bread. Deliver them from anything that has been a hindrance to them. Give them the breakthrough in any area that they struggle with. In Yeshua’s name we pray, and give you thanks.
Father in the name of Jesus I declare an out pouring of your Holy Spirit on the inmates of
the Alabama prison system that will draw them to you .
God, I come to you humbly today. I thank you for giving me this opportunity to mix my faith with others. God, thank you for never leaving me. You never point a finger at me or any of us and shake it so we run from you! But God, you point your arms out and welcome us into them. Today Lord, I ask that you extend your open arms to those who need it most. I ask that you send your Holy Spirit into the hearts of these men and women who are facing time in isolation from the world. God, I know that coming to you and declaring the name of your son, Jesus, as my Lord and savior was just the beginning of my saving grace. We don’t deserve your forgiveness or mercy, but you always give it. You humble me Lord and I submit my life to you!! I ask that these men and women feel that same warmth and love from you. That they find peace in their storm. That your Holy Spirit shines light in their dark places, so that your name be seen. The name of Jesus! The name above all names… the only name stronger than addiction, the name above depression, the name above suicide, the name above unforgiveness, the name above anger and hate! The supernatural name that heals places that only HE can heal. His grace is enough, because He took those stripes on His back so that we could be forgiven for our sins today. That love that He had for us then is the SAME love He has for us today and will have tomorrow!! God, I pray that every prisoner opens their heart to be set free by the blood that your son shed for us. God, you knew we all would be prisoners of something someday, so you sent your son to show us your loving forgiveness and mercy!! Whatever chain has them bound God, I pray that it broke in the name of Jesus!! Thank you God… thank you for the mustard seeds of faith being planted! I speak into the small seeds of faith that they will grow in their hearts! That a year from now God, they will look back and they will see the fruit of your goodness fall from their tongues! In Jesus mighty name, amen!!
