I lost my mother, Tuesday, March 29th of this year. She was 72 and died in her sleep Cardiac Arrest. I try really hard to keep moving forward and be strong. On the outside, I’m doing really well with maintaining on the inside I’m torn most days. I still need prayers to pull me through this storm I am weathering. Thank you so much

No matter how old we are when we lose a parent we feel like we have been orphaned. Jesus knew of that feeling.

Dear Lord, Your Son promised that He would not leave us orphans. We know that on the last day we will be raised up body and soul for all eternity. Your child Tracy is suffering the pain of the untimely loss of her mother. Please give Tracy the faith and strength of Your Scriptures. Jesus knew how important our earthly attachments are and He wept at the death of Lazarus. He restored him to life to care for his sisters. When we are restored it will be for eternity. Help Tracy to slowly move past the hurt and fill the emptiness with the wonderful memories she and her mom shared. Let the regrets of things left unsaid or undone fade with the passing of time. Hold Tracy in Your Heart and engulf her in Your Holy Spirit during this difficult time.Amen

Dear Lord help Tracy to continue to heal. Lay Your True Spirit of Peace across her heart. Help her in the darkest times to remember fondly some words of her mom’s. Guide her to people who will listen when she talks about her loss. Grant her the Peace of knowing that through Your Divine Mercy her mom rests in her heavenly home now and for all eternity. On the days when Tracy needs her mom let her go to You in Prayer. Grant Tracy peaceful sleep that restores and refreshes her soul. We ask these things in Jesus’s Name Amen

    Hi Tracy,

I pray for your healing. Death is the hardest thing to deal with in life. Know that it’s okay to not be okay. Don’t suppress your true feelings, instead let them show and open up for others to help you. I’m so thankful you reached out for prayer. That’s a big step in your healing. God is walking through this with you. He knows your pain and he hears your prayers, whether they are spoken out loud or within your heart. Lean on Him for strength and He is faithful to mend your heart. Remember Jesus’ words from Matthew 5:4 – “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

My prayers are with you Tracy! I know how hard it is to lose a love one. Only God can take away your pain, He is our Healer. I pray God will give you strength you need everyday.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8

I pray as you draw near to God, He will give you the understanding and wisdom you need for your life. That He will guide and direct your steps. Search Him with all your heart and you will find him. Take time to read His word and learn His promises for your life. My prayers will continue to be with you.

Psalm 34 Of David. When he pretended to be insane before Abimelek, who drove him away, and he left. I will extol the Lord at all times; His praise will always be on my lips. I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt His Name together. I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; He saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and He delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him. Fear the Lord, you His holy people, for those who fear Him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are attentive to their cry; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer, I pray for Tracy, her family, and for any victim(s) and their families. There is only one race – the human race. Amen

Dear Lord, Please help Tracy to continue on her journey. When a parent dies we mourn the loss in different ways. Help Tracy at the times when she wishes that she could share things with her mom. Help her to feel Your Peace when she talks to her mom with her heart. In Your earthly walk Your Apostle Peter was an example to us all when he walked on the stormy sea towards You when fear overwhelmed him You reached out Your saving arm to pull him through. Lord keep Tracy in Your saving arms on the days when she is overwhelmed by sorrow and grief. Help her to share what You have done in her life with others. Send her a Spiritual Community that will strengthen her and help her to always walk in Your Grace. Through Jesus’s Name Amen

    Heavenly Father,
I pray for Your beloved daughter Tracy. It has been almost 1 year since she lost her mom. Thank You for carrying her through the difficult time. I pray You heal her heart, give her peace, and show her hope. May you shine your light on each step of her path and lead her into Your blessing and perfect plan for her life. I pray in the name of my Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord, I pray that Tracy can feel the Holy Spirit that desires to be in our hearts. Grief is hard to process sometimes, because we all have the what if, or I wish I had done or said things differently. I pray that with Your strength, peace will come. I pray Tracy will remember the good things and not dwell on the dark days. I pray that you shine Your Light on Tracy, so that there is no doubt about which path is the correct one. May God Bless You Tracy, and always remember that you are loved!

Jesus, you were deeply acquainted with our grief. And even though you knew you would raise Lazarus from the dead, you still wept. Thank you for understanding our pain in an intimate way. We lift of Tracy and pray she feels the comfort that can only you can bring. Holy Spirit wrap her in your loving arms. May the scriptures and the promises in your Word be sweet comfort to her soul. In your name we pray, Amen

    Tracy,

I am so sorry for your mother’s passing. Take comfort that if she had Jesus as her Lord and Savior that she is with the Father now experiencing a healing love like nothing we experience in this world. Also know that same healing love is for you as well. Jesus and the Father love you and as long as you accept the gift of the Father’s grace and the salvation of Christ’s sacrifice you too will be reunited with your mother in the presence of the Father and our Lord and Savior. It won’t stop the pain of the loss, only time can do that, but I pray my words will be a comfort to you.
