My fiance was very recently sent back to idoc, his parole officer lied to send him back. He only has 4 months parole left. We planned to be married and move to make a better life for not only us but for our 5 children! Please pray for his release to be very soon and for him to stay in good physical and mental health while incarcerated! Thank you!
I will be thinking of & praying for you all. My husband had 3 months left on a 3 year probation, & received a single technical violation. His PO chose to do the most disruptive things possible, & sent him to prison. That was 2 years ago. It left me in ailing health, alone, to raise 2 disabled children. As my health becomes so poor that I most likely won’t even be able to care for myself anymore, I’m terrified as to what this means for our children. The prosecutor decided to go back 20+ years to his first crime, & include it in a 3 felony charges sentence enhancement of a mandatory minimum of 3 years, no more than 15. It was a non violent crime that got him probation to begin with. It wouldn’t even have been an issue if the prosecutor of the original crime actually honored his own plea agreement. My husband did. He did his prison time, his parole time & completely discharged from the sentence. The state incorrectly entered part of the plea. We have in writing, the admittance of guilt by the then prosecutor, now judge. Still, he hasn’t changed the wording with the courts. Until he does, this could continue to haunt us forever. We need him here. Our family is destroyed. Our daughter doesn’t know him. We have no family anywhere near to help. I can’t lose my children because he’s sitting in prison doing nothing but counting days. They’re not even receiving rehabilitation! I understand what you’re going through & I’m here for you.
