CELEBRATE SECOND CHANCES WITH US THIS APRIL!
Second chances give hope to the people in your community.
Nearly 1 in 3 Americans has a criminal record which limits their access to education, jobs, housing, and other resources they and their families need to move forward. Your church can be part of the solution by hosting a Second Chance Sunday or other celebration.
The Church: Our Vital Partner
Prison Fellowship® believes that the Church is the primary conduit for Jesus’ ongoing ministry here on Earth. For this reason, we delight to be a part of equipping the Body for works of service. We help churches come alongside those impacted by crime and incarceration, both in their pews and in their communities, recalling Jesus’ words not to forget “justice, mercy, and faithfulness” (Matthew 23:23).
LEARN MORE ABOUT HOW YOUR CHURCH CAN GET INVOLVED
Your church can make a difference at Christmastime and throughout the year. As a partner of Prison Fellowship, your congregation can advocate for second chances and share the Gospel with the incarcerated, the formerly incarcerated, and their children. Fill out the form below to learn more today!

Four Ways to Make a Difference

OUTRAGEOUS JUSTICE
Outrageous Justice® is a free small-group curriculum that helps Christians gain a clear understanding of criminal justice issues and take action to promote peace and restoration. This is a wonderful way for a church to learn how to bring hope and healing to those involved in the criminal justice system.

IN-PRISON MINISTRY
Your church can touch the lives of incarcerated men and women by volunteering in local prisons at a Prison Fellowship Academy® site. You will be trained to facilitate life-changing classes that coach prisoners to lead lives of purpose. Already volunteering behind bars? No problem—this opportunity can complement your current ministry.

PRISON FELLOWSHIP ANGEL TREE
Prison Fellowship Angel Tree® equips churches to strengthen relationships between incarcerated people and their children and support the families of prisoners year-round. Through Angel Tree®, local congregations extend the hope of the Gospel and enfold Angel Tree families into church life through delivering Christmas gifts on behalf of incarcerated parents, sending kids to summer camp, facilitating one-day sports camps, and more.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT
It’s simple: The Church loves Christ by loving people, especially those in need—the poor, the sick, the prisoner. Prison Fellowship® would not exist apart from the generosity of churches and other organizations. Will you join us by committing to help fund this life-changing work?
