WILLS AND TRUSTS
You can make a lasting difference for future generations with a gift to Prison Fellowship® in your will or living trust. This flexible option allows you to retain ownership and control of your assets during your lifetime and can be a powerful, final testimony to your faith and values.
The amount you leave to Prison Fellowship is not subject to federal estate tax. You can give a specific item, a specific dollar amount, a percentage of a particular asset, or a fractional amount of what is left of your estate.
